From JC Deling gearbox company, very famous brand in China, with integrated and one time transmission as well as Germany FAG bearings. Which assures stable running, low noise and long service time.
Adopting Siemens company brand series motor, which provide stable torque output and various speed.
Have accurate adjustment range, high precision temperature control, simple operation and good reliability.
Vacuum setting has applied special enlarged vortex cooling system which is good for cooling and calibrating so as to meet demand of high speed extrusion.
Uses integrated type reducer and ABB frequency inverter synchronized with main extruder, which features in stable work, good reliability and large pulling force.
Movement speed and Cutting speed of cutting machine keep synchronous. All movements are controlled by SIEMENS PLC, the design is reasonable, the operation is stable, also it can conduct automatic cutting with fixed length as well as manual cutting mode. The dust will be collected by dust collector.
With different die tooling, the tilter platform can choose such specifications as 4 -meter, 6-meter, 8-meter, 11-meter…etc. conical twin screw extruder, it is particularly suitable for high speed extruding of profile material.
