2. What is the production process of WPC flooring?

3. What materials are used in the production of WPC flooring?


The main material is PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride). Sometimes, fiberglass mesh or mineral fillers are also added to enhance the strength.

4. What are the common problems in WPC flooring production and how to solve them?


  • Short start - up cycle: The possible reason is that the formula structure is unreasonable, and the stabilizer has slow plasticization and insufficient stable time. The solution is to appropriately adjust the formula, increase the amount of stabilizer, and improve the overall lubrication system.
